I would have a very tough time with us installing a King. What we need to do, IMO, is to let the Iraqis put in what they want, as long as individual freedom is guaranteed. The 1925 Constitution they have would work fine for starters.

This Hashemite notion is just another fantasy in a long line of fantasies, from Iraqis cheering in the streets to Chalabi becoming President of Iraq to the Turkish Troop lunacy. To mention only a few.
