Which is exactly what Congress should have done. In 1975, the Viet Nam fiasco was finally brought to a halt not because of enlightened leadership from the Executive Branch, but rather because Congress finally grew a spine and voted no new funding for the war. That's what it will take to rein in the rapacious grasping of George Bush and the hungry "Hustling Rustlers" who fill his campaign coffers and get lavishly rewarded with Iraqi reconstruction contracts. To the tune of about 100:1 for the cost of the bribe. To these guys, it truly is America, the Beautiful Suckers.
