Really, but I don't think it could cause a 7% increase in NATIONAL GDP all by itself. Is that what you claim? California has a much bigger economy that Texas.

"Texas is a large state". Do you know what they say in Alaska to Texans? "If you don't watch out,we'll split in half, and you will be the third largest state".

And the Rat sez Texas will still be as ugly as ever, but California will now be only the third most beautiful state, especially if you like ashes.
