Some people can say they foresaw the bubble would burst, but even then I don't think anyone realized the sheer magnitude of the crash. (5,000 down to 1,400 yikes!)

Here's one guy who got it right, along with calling the recent run in gold. zealllc.com A lot of it is hokey, like you would expect, but once you get through all that there is some very good information in there.

I personally hold a number of mutual funds (CFIMX, DODGX, TAVFX) and respect their management. Of course, your goals and mileage may vary.
