No 'Nostradamus' required! The evidence appears near-overwhelming: massive, world-record fiscal and trade deficits, Fed forced to tightening mode (already reflected in bond futures) to mop-up the unprecedented liquidity they have unleashed with our 40 year record-low rates, historical market predictor of the 'Presidential Cycle' (first year of every 4 year term always the WORSE). 'Liquidity-driven' cuts BOTH ways... when that liquidity is withdrawn (already beginning), the stimulus-effect is reversed.
