Search and you shall find. The settlement was that Jeb could only do it one more time, then never again. So against McBride he purged 97,000 voters, 30,000 more than before. It wasn't a close election, otherwise he would have stolen that one too. Those not allowed to vote included black ministers who happened to have the same name as some ex-felon in Texas. The Bushie consulting coimpany which did this later admitted they made a "mistake". Ha!
