Yep, you're right LB. It's hard to avoid the conclusion that opponents of the act just aren't serious about fighting illegal* immigration* It's too bad... but a couple of things should be made clear with ANY of our elected officials be they Dem or Repub....... 1) Either honor the law regarding illegal immigration, OR take the law off the books, and open all borders ~~ Just let any ole' body in that wants to come in, come in 2) If we continue ignoring the problem, we should prepare ourselves for the consequences! 3) Tell the media to say illegal immigration when they are referring to "undocumented aliens", and to STOP saying "immigration" .......... Legal immigration is welcome to most of us, and after all, it is LEGAL. BTW, LB, you 'gotta' try harder to find something that will rile me tonight. <g> Politicians that don't honor our laws are a dime a dozen lately. Wonder if Liberman, Bloomberg, etc will take personal responsibility the next time an undocumented person breaks any law of the US???
