Guarding against groupthink is a group activity and particularly important for the group leaders to quell it when they see it happening. That being the case, our group is almost guaranteed to commit the crime of groupthink. That's because we have only one moderator and no group leaders. Everyone please read my lips (even though you can't see them :) -- there are no group leaders here. As far as I know, nobody has been asked to lead and nobody has volunteered to lead.
