Yeah, so what? Were they wrong? No they were not. They were all for continuing to pressure Saddam, and to take action if and when needed.

Without exception all of the folks you listed knew the importance of building consensus and a coalition. Something that was lost on Bush.

It's one thing to use intelligence to justify keeping the pressure on, it's another when you're using it as a reason to go to war. When you go to war you need actionable evidence. The rhetoric produced by both sides of the aisle was done to simply keep the eyes on Saddam, or to justify no fly zones, or continued efforts to get inspectors in there. Once we got them back in...Bush goes to war.

That's what is goofy.

I repeat, there were no weapons of mass destruction. We did not have to INVADE A SOVEREIGN COUNTRY, the inspectors were doing their job. I repeat, Israel, a country that knows everything about what is going on in their part of the world, said nothing about WMD when it was in their best interests to say something if they really existed. Saddam had no air force, just a lot of camel jockeys. There was no link between 9/11 and Saddam and the Bushies knew it. Why don't we go invade other countries that violate UN resolutions? Who gives a shit what all those people you mention said, they were wrong. And Clinton didn't invade anybody, except Monica, and I would not call it a forced entry. Nobody got killed.

Nope, we Americans represent the largest source of WMD in the world today. Who do you think sells all these weapons that are used to make war? The Chinese, the North Koreans, the Russians, and US. GUESS WHAT, stop selling weapons, no more war. But there are $$$$$$$ in war. And making lots of money for a very few people is so American.

Bush is a spoiled rich kid who never worked an honest day in his life. He is a failed businessman whose first business (Armbusto, or some such) was partially funded by the Saudis. It went busto, of course. He made a lot of money from Harken Energy that went bust right after he sold (not on inside information of course) and would be cleaning toilets in your area right now, if not for his POPPY.

The Iraqi war is the California energy scam on a much bigger scale. A big money transfer, part of which will be skimmed off. To whom I wonder.
