SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - The reproductive rights group Planned Parenthood said on Friday it had filed a lawsuit that would prevent the "partial birth" abortions bill from going into effect once President Bush signs it next week.

Why would these black hearted SOBs file a lawsuit for something that you claim never happens....much be as stupid as they are soulless, I suppose...
