Y'know, I'm starting to wonder about the spin being put on this Khodorkovsky story ... seems Wall Street's trying hard to sell its ethics here. According to CBC's radio's 'As It Happens' (think Frontline) the dude's initial 300M investment -- and where'd he even get that? -- in Yukos was independently evaluated as worth 8B some 9 months later ... he was a crony of Yeltsin, invited to loot the candy store, but Putin's wrong to even investigate the matter. Go figure ... the Russian public isn't as outraged as we are, apparently. Seems they're sick of the whole oligarch/mafia thing.
