States all over the Gulf, like Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and Qattar, are aiding us, and quietly making moves toward reform. Even Saudi Arabia is going to have elections. Did this idea occur to them spontaneously, do you think? And, as I predicted, the Israeli public is starting to think about peace despite the failure of the Palestinians to stop the terror. ...which is why the Labor candidate made such a strong showing in the latest election...NOT. Labor is out, out, out. Meretz even more so. What you're looking at is an argument between Shinnui and Likud over tactics, while agreeing on strategy. Because all agree there is just nobody to talk to, except at the local level, which Sharon is doing, in the hope of working out local truces amid the Palestinian anarchy. So you claim prescience?
