not desperate, just pointing out that this is not a 7% GDP economy in the way that most folks think a 7% GDP economy should be, including economists. It is a liquidity driven event and thats why our markets aren't on fire. We are coming off a bad 3 years and this has been a good year for markets, awful for jobs. But no 7% euphoria, no way. And when Bush says things are great - look at the numbers, it is a slap in the face to the millions of people who haven't been able to find meaningful employment in over 2 years.
