I find it interesting that the Star Wars system would cost $100 billion dollars and clearly the war on terrorism is costing $100's of billions more, and neither one recognizes that the next attack of a WMD will likely not come in the form of a missile, or from terrorists in Iraq, but most likely will come packed in a container lost in a billion containers and shipped right to the heart of a major city only to be then detonated by a cell phone call.
