SUR AMERICAN GOLD CORPORATION: HIGH GRADE GOLD ASSAYS SUCH AS 127G/T, 118G/T, 42.6G/T, 28.8G/T AND 22.4G/T AT COMVAL GOLD PROJECT As a result of the discovery to date of at least eight high-grade vein systems at its Comval gold project in the Eastern Mindanao mineral belt, a corporate decision to rapidly advance the project by initiating a trial mining and processing program has been taken. Sur American Gold Corporation's active exploration program will continue. Initial trial mining development is already under way at two high-grade veins at the Batoto deposit: the Alicia vein, already 10 metres from the portal, is the downward projection (100 metres deeper) of the high-grade San Rafael vein; the St James vein, which is located about 200 metres to the south of the Alicia vein. Systematic sampling of the vein In addition to the commencement of the two initial mining developments advanced discussions are in progress to purchase a suitable plant and tailings disposal site.
