It is this or capital will fly out. The one reason that the US has a more dynamic economy vis a vis other countries is because it has attracted vigorous immigrants and new brain power and new mind sets.

Of course the native Indians were there and had the whole thing in a state of emptiness, see what the last 400 years did. Would anyone advocate collective suicide of the population to turn back the clock to retunr to this idyl you guys os much love?
