Given the evidence, it would seem not, not to a reasonable person. If it's Clinton, I expect you accept crap semantics to "disprove" lies as if they "is" truth(hey, he didn't use the word any better). If it's Bush, you attempt to use crap semantics to create lies(and fail even at that), IMO.
