Interesting comment. Shows not much has changed since being "taught" that very same negative concept about rent control in classrooms, both in college and in brokerage classes. Rent control hurts the very people it's supposed to help, but the political "leaders" who impose such non-capitalistic restrictions aren't changing their ways.

Meanwhile, the government has gone ahead and made owning better than renting at this point in history, anyway, at least. Looks like renters can, as of late, thumb their noses at landlords and tell them where they can stick their leases. <GG>
