Not "typically", though I'm sure we could find the odd incident- but you can't argue they don't devastate our wild lands, can you? Well you could, but up against pictures of what they do, your argument wouldn't hold up. Freedom doesn't mean much if you don't have any wilderness, imo. You, of course, may have a different opinion- but the gentleman I was in conversation with has obviously seen what loggers do. It's not worth having loggers "protect" us. What we need to do is spend some money to protect both the wild lands AND homes and lives. IMO, of course.
