The refiners in the northern tier of the country are benefiting greatly from the increasing supplies of Canadian heavy and synthetic crude coming to market from Baytex and others. Enbridge has a plan to bring it all the way down to the Cushing, Oklahoma Junction. It's expanding the light/heavy spread and ultimately the sweet/sour. It looks to be a long term condition.
