He uses the same speech patterns and cadence as Rush, but I don't think it will help. He didn't prove that he was his own man and I couldn't tell you one thing he stands for other than by the end of the interview it was obvious that he will do most anything for money. (the rest of the interview centered around affiliates and advertisers....bizzare)

Agreed.

He says he was a Republican until they weren't sufficiently in favor of agribusiness subsidies. Considering the $180 BILLION ag subsidy was passed by a Republican congress it's unimaginable what he would have preferred.

He works for ClearChannel, the most GOP-oriented network around, even tho' he claims they 'tolerate' him due to profitability.

When it comes to his self-proclaimed loyal opposition, he answers the voting machine scam with "call the FBI". I assume that'll be his answer to any other scam not being adequately investigated by the Dems from 9/11 to Iraq profiteering.

Someone who is as much in favor of Big Gov't as the GOP and lacking in support for any real opposition, sounds like a shill, or at the least, a dud.

Alex Jones he's not.

Shhhhhh, M~~~ <g> The Dems will lose if they continue talking in terms of hate, conspiracy, cronies, and all the other huffing and puffing we hear......but they continue, so we'll continue letting them.

I'm not a super Rush fan, but he does have some really funny 'stuff', and what fractures the left is that he has told the truth. I've not heard of a single thing he has said that the Dems have proven to be incorrect.

Problem for the left is, we always hear the same old 'stuff' and not one single shred of proof.....

For instance...oil..... Can't those folks count? If this was about oil, don't you think we could have come in, taken the wells over, for one heck of a lot less than the $60 billion for the war, and now the next $86 billion for the soldiers and for Iraq rebuilding after Saddam left such a mess???

We didn't, and of course, won't, but still their mantra continues.

And another favorite rant of the left...Halliburton....
1) We never EVER hear any of them say what other companies are large enough, and versatile enough to do the job required....

2) Probably NOT a single one of them has ever read the competition guidelines... and

3) If Halliburton is making so much profit, why aren't the left leaning folks buying it for their portfolios???? All they have to do is order an Annual Report, which will show profit. All companies on the Stock Market have been audited and are certified.
