CMKG: As a value play, I like a lot.

Being familiar with their newest agency of record client, Fresh Express, I can say that Fresh Express is indeed the high volume pre packaged salad leader, followed by Dole as #2. One of my sons has worked on equipment in both facilities in Salinas (about 80 miles north of us). He did say that the Dole plant is cleaner, but that Fresh Express ships by far more porduct. They (Fresh Express) is hugely cash rich and is targeting the Hispanic market...hell, they pick all the lettuce here, so why should'nt they eat it too!! <GGGGGGGGGGG>

FA wise on CMKG they are trading just over book, profitable and have little to no debt. IMO advertizing spending will increase so long as the numbers of this past couple of months remain intact regarding the econ. turnaround. Plus, the company has affirmed their earning guidance for at least the end of this fiscal year and are looking to grow earnings 25 to 30% going forward.

TA wise There are a couple of gaps to fill. Short (daily charts) the stock looks like it could hold above 4 for a while, however on the weekly chart the stock has come quite a ways (most stocks have)...On a holding and trading basis the buy spots are Now, 3.50 and 3.00 if the up trend should break.

As a folio pick I think this one will be a winner in the long, 1 year to 18 months time frame.
