Where you going to go? Out of the G8 countries, the US is one of the lowest taxers. You can go to Bermuda I guess, but you won't have any benefits from the government there either. I suppose that after you duck your taxes by moving to another country, you'll still figure out a way to have your SS check on automatic deposit back in the US, eh? The solution will start with our government facing up to the challenges and fixing the problems. It could be a combination of reducing benefits, increasing taxes, or printing up some more money. Bush is good at doing that for the purpose of war, so hey you just print up some money to cover the shortfall in entitlements. Eventually the top heavy boomers will pass out of the system, and a more even stream of population age groups will start to move through the system, which will eventually help to re-balance the current stress on payments.
