Kerry does have a lot of dirt on Bush with Beers and Wilson in his campaign, but he's waiting. Unlike Bush and Dean, he doesn't rush into things and try to claim victories too early. Dean attempt to run with Clark 8 months before the first primary was the height of arrogance. Just like Bush proclaiming Mission Accomplished before the real war even started.
