I think that is highly unlikely. Hizbollah is an organization based in Lebanon that is ruthlessly nationalistic. They, or some other nationalist group, would be the most likely perpetrators. Hizbollah has been declared to be a "terrorist" organization by the U.S. government. By the standards that the U.S. uses today, George Washington and the Founding Fathers of the U.S.A. should be designated as terrorists.
