One of the stocks I posted SCRI is being bought out. Announced Friday Closed at 26.78 and down in Aftermarket .10 ???? Don't know how this is going to effect this stock. Teva said it would exchange $16.50 in cash and 0.1906 share of its American Depositary Receipts for each Sicor share. That values Sicor at $27.50 per share, 32.3 percent above its stock price before disclosing on Oct. 22 that it was in early merger talks. d
