There is no real coalition. That was a fraud. The Brits are down in Basra, fine. Other than that we're talking a few thousand Poles and Bulgarians. A few resouces are starting to trickle in but this all should have been done beforehand with a BROAD coalition including moderate Arabic states.
The reason the Bushies refused to let anyone else in was that they had to be in control - of the oil especially.
