Why not start a "Basher" thread here on SI, and post some of your information and case studies for review and for others to add to? I checked, and there is no board with that subject yet. There certainly is interest in the subject.

I would be interested to see if anyone can point to a proven ring of bashers. As said before, I don't doubt there are some, who are cleverly hiding their tracks though the anonymity of the Internet, but it would still be quite interesting to see one uncovered, and its procedures firmly established with solid evidence.

I am aware of some pumper conspiracies that were uncovered. These were small companies where the price was elevated by rumors, and then the pumpers got out. I believe that was a little trick enjoyed by some Mafiosi.

A correlate subject would be how much does the posting on these message boards affect stock price in an unnatural way, up or down? It seems to me the rumors that are spread by telephone have much more effect.

Anyway, there is plenty to discuss if such a board is started.
