Absolutely not! Sidesteps the entire point - making a huge profit on deaths of Americans in combat is easily avoided. It requires patriotism and morals on the part of executives, and political leadership is easy - just make the statement, that's all. That would put a target on all the 1000% construction projects and make execs more careful. I've run companies, for profit, sometimes a lot of profit, and also given time to philanthropic enterprise. Anyone who says it can't be done is blowing smoke. It's a matter of not taking these deaths seriously. Unfortunately this is an election year, which is a reason but certainly not an excuse to politicize everything, and look everywhere for campaign donations.
