LOL! It is certainly incredible. All one has to do is (a)count the number of Bush apologists vs non-Bush apologists. To make it more entertaining, (b)track the linkages between the guests and GOP sources. www.infobase.com is a good resource.

We're seeing a full-court press, getting more desperate as the mountain of lies gets more difficult to support. You can see Rumsfeld et al squirming. The blatant "life is cheap" attitude comes through the rhetoric. Bush's programmed press "conference" shows inevitable bloopers on The Daily Show, where Bush looks at his podium for the picture of the next questioner, with the answer written on the back, and then blows it with a non-sequitor. Or by blaming sailors for Karl Rove's "Mission Accomplished" banner. Someone here made a profound joke by saying that or "Bring 'Em On!" should be the banner on the returning caskets.

Eventually we'll reach a tipping point where it becomes obvious to more than 20% that the business/gov't combine is absolutely predatory and life-threatening.

It isn't easy. A fascinating exercise is to reverse-engineer backroom decisions being made in the WH from their public pronouncements and actions. It's clear the Hill & Knowlton / Psy-Ops / Rove actions against the American people are designed to create a dumb-but-honest figurehead president, pushbutton fear campaigns, message control in 98% of the media, and self-interest among power groups in business and politics with galactic payoffs in the trillions of dollars.

Any loss of media control will change this. If MX Radio weren't controlled by ClearChannel there would be a national channel by Alex Jones, which would shock things. Instead he's on shortwave and internet. Plus, books on the endless lies are instantly popular, etc., so it's slowly changing.
