DoublePlusUnCute.

When a salmon egg is hatched in a Canadian stream, on First Nation land, and flows through provincial parks and private land, and then into Alaska, maybe across more Tribal land, and State Forest and National Park, and into water where Alaska and then the U.S. Federal government has control, and then out into the Global Commons, the seas where Polish and Russian ships overfish, isn't this an international topic? Amenable only to a global solution?

Still waiting, and I guess I'll wait forever, for your list of pro-Bush environmental organizations....
