Most people tend to overcook wild game and bitche 'cause it's dry.

When I made summer sausage out of every thing on legs I had ordered a spice package. I had a grinder and ground the meat adding some pork so it wasn't too dry. No casings, just rolled it. Tasted the same.

Kerry shoots birds and eats them too. You guys have a lot in common. One reason Kerry can stand up to the NRA's extreme views is that he's a lifelong hunter and a better shot than most any of them. gg
