Why is a Bushie like you sticking up for Dean?

What makes you think that I am sticking up for Dean? It was a silly comment on his part and I am sure that he regrets it. I am also sure that the point that he was trying to make is that he wants his campaign to be inclusive. If the Democratic nominee has any hope of capturing the White House, he or she is going to have to deal with the Democratic southern "problem." The orchestrated Gephardt and Kerry press releases will not help them win over the Bubba vote. As for Kerry's pheasant hunt, one hopes that he cleaned and ate the birds. Could you get back to me on the birds?

It is actually kind of amusing to see the Democrats embroiled in a Confederate flag controversy.

Quit pretending to be a Democrat and admit while you're here, to promote Howard Dean...

Gee, I didn't realize that I was pretending to be anything. I find Dean's candidacy fascinating. It has a fresh, spontaneous element to it and it will be interesting to see how far he goes. If he is ultimately denied the nomination by your prized "Super Delegates", God help whoever gets the nomination.
