Well you could ask the PC's why they cut it so low... ? Be nice if there was more transparency in the 'books'... then again would an incumbent ever be re-elected without a hiatus... Look at the bright side he did say no personal income tax increase ... You know who always gets screwed when personal tax goes up eh!... Yeah the middle class... and I'll go far out on a limb here and assume you are one ??

Yes, easing into a change in policy would make sense. I guess that means we have come to a consensus.

OTOH, I thought that Ontario actually had a net surplus and only imported during peaks. Am I wrong on that?
