Workman's comp was handled by Davis before the election. If you want to argue details do it with someone else. I'm not a lawyer. Besides, some workman's comp is a very good thing. its'not oike it was all a big waste, it just needed some reforming like most things including all of Bush's policies and historic deficit spending.

I'll bet a good part of that 87 billion ain't going where it's supposed to. Some of the same guys who wanted Enron and the S+L's deregulated are running Bush's budget request office. Corporate abuses are always bigger than labor abuses.
