He might have more expertise at writing than fighting: Of course he does. The War Colleges are full of guys like him. And just because you are one hell of a gunslinger, you are not always the best one to figure out what is needed next. I think the Boykin/Schoomaker types are the ones I love to see in charge. Never thought I would see the day. They are real "Gunslingers," instead of the "Clark" types. JF, you are the first person I have run into on these threads that has any interest in this subject. Let's keep it going.
