Fascinating report. And it looks more and more like it is near the truth. Saddam would not give up because France and Russia were supporting him against us. And they were all counting on "Cowardance" on our part.

Starting with Vietnam, Reagan's bugout in Lebanon, to Somalia, etc, etc, we have a proven History of being a "Paper Tiger."

Saddam was bluffing his neighbors. It almost worked. And may still if we run.
