the cost increases cause further bureaucratic blizzards, legal quagmires, pharmaceutical and insurance company opportunities. You are just bumping up against Human Nature. If we made eating in Restaurants a "Right," everybody would demand a table at the "Four Seasons." So you end up with some sort of "rationing." I use Kaiser for my HMO. They limit my access. If I think they limit it too much, I can go elsewhere. This limits their natural tendency to take my money and give me no medical care. If you centralize this with a forced Government program, I can't go elsewhere, and that is what happens. No perfect solutions. Why should there be, we are not perfect people.
