Well hello to the real Johannes Pilch. Be careful you don't follow in the footsteps of Emile Virdine. Are you acquainted? Related? It's statements like this that make me wonder:

You want to "skin (Muslims) and gut them like catfishes."

You say; "Well, unlike you, Bush obviously never forgets the nukes, and for that I am grateful. He was decisive and hit the terrorists as soon as he could do it. Clinton sure as hell did no such thing and look where it got us. The muslims still came and they will continue to come until we start gutting their children."

You refer to the 50 THOUSAND young men and women that lost their lives in Vietnam by saying; "This ain’ friggin’ Nam, where a few Americans got killed relative to the enemy and where liberal pansies still whined us out of the country." That's really tough talk and yet you admit that your kids aren't in Iraq and that with the way things are, you "will refuse to willingly risk one drop of blood on your friggin’ queer-inspired politically-correct lies.."

It's always good to see a man that understands that all Muslims are terrorists, that all their kids should be gutted like catfish, that Vietnam was winnable at the cost of a "few" more lives and, even with all that, is willing to walk the talk. That's right, willing to let others fight, kill, suffer and die on his behalf. Now that's real toughness. Any more like you back home, or did you get all the courage AND all the brains?

PS. By the way, it's not about Vietnam, it's about parallels. Parallels where we send our young to die in hopeless causes because men with power and arrogance fail to recognize that we cannot remake other nations and other cultures in our own image, cannot imbue other peoples with our values and our form of government, cannot "make" them see the light and become like us, and cannot "rule" them in their land, even if there is good money to be made in trying.

PSS. By the way the twin towers attack was not just an attack on American and Americans. Do you know how many Muslims, Jews, Hindus and others of non-U.S. nationality perished in the towers? What makes you any more of a victim than the acquaintances and loved ones of those people?

Too bad your anger is so easily manipulated. Al queda and the taliban were those that attacked us on 9/11, and no one in this country that I know of objected to invading afghanistan. Iraq wasn't involved and that war has been just a naked power grab by Bush & co. Meanwhile Afghanistan is still a mess.
