Seems like the 1.15 puts a floor under the stock. While there is dilution----doesn't look like a lot----correct me if I am wrong.

EDGAR Form 4 filing mandated by Sarbanes-Oxley Act went into effect 8/29...directors, corporate officers, and those owning 10%+ outstanding shares must inform SEC of any trades within 2 business days. Pre-Enron & WorldCom, they had until 10th day of the month after the trade....
