YOu are mixing a lot of cases.

I don't know the result of each of the cases but here's what I would do.

Boy Scouts - should have rules about appropriate behavior around minors in their trust. Someone's beliefs should not be a factor here. However, if someone advocates a life style that parents of boy scouts would object to, then I could see excluding that person, whether heterosexual or gay.

As for gays that tried to join a Christian parade, are you saying that gays are not Christian?

As for groups of white men who organize, I believe there are many, including the KKK. They have freedom to organize. If they advocate hate crimes or threaten others, then there are laws that prevent that. Free speech does not include speech that calls for action that can be prohibited. For example, someone can be charged if he organizes a group of terrorists in a plan to blow up buildings, even if they never get to the actual deed. You can't yell "fire" in a movie theater, etc., etc.

I don't believe a job should be based on color. It should be based solely on merit and an ability to function within the work environment.
