Pretty much dog doo-doo for GM's October sales too although they've decide to produce 10,000 more. I'll bet Nov. sales really falls off a cliff:

GM U.S. auto sales fell 7 percent in October

DETROIT, Nov 3 (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. (NYSE:GM - News) on Monday said its U.S. new car and truck sales in October fell 7 percent to 363,043 vehicles. GM said car sales dropped 6 percent to 142,669 units in October, while total truck sales fell 8 percent to 220,374 previously.

The results include GM's Saab brand and some medium- and heavy-duty trucks.

GM also raised its fourth quarter vehicle production estimate for North America by 10,000 models to 1.36 million vehicles, including 553,000 cars and 807,000 trucks.
