it was an Arnold quote recently (2:1 ratio) but I will admit the speaker twists it around however they choose to make the numbers make their case. For example if you look at a 3 mos window that includes december 31, in that particular quarter CA is a huge windfall to the feds because of all the capital gains.

The point is we pay more than we get, and on top of that California got all these phony baloney Bushie "penalties" which he then used in his treasury looting exercise.

Nothing Arnold can do about it now, California is in a world of hurt and Bush is at least partly to blame, Arnold should distance himself from Bush, he will not win being aligned with Bush and republicans will get clobbered here in 04. Arnold is a RINO that is why he won. People just like the guy. Not so Bush.
