the point is that CA is sending more money to the feds than we get back to begin with and then the feds decided to "crack down" on a bunch of grey area type accounting rules in order to extort more money from CA so Bush could dole it out to his buddies in various corrupt "close bidding" govt deals. Bush looted the federal treasury. Gray Davis was incompetant but Bush is corrupt and Arnold is walking a fine line supporting Bush. I like Arnold, I hate to see him go down but he will go down if he stands too close to Bush.
