Pat no I had not, although I knew it was approved at the May annual meeting. Not exactly sure why its still needed? But I do not see any harm in the value of the stock. I see it is at 1.50 in AH. Will double up if it gets to 1.40. I may even decide to make this a long and give the combined company a couple of months to make me some $$$. What's your opinion of the affect of the RS? Jim
