I shorted this stock.

I cannot understand why it will not go down. It appears to me that rbak sold 6+ million shares for about $5 per share, and also gave them options for another 1.6 million. So, if I provided this 30 million bucks, I would immediately try to cover myself as much as possible by selling all of the stock I could at this price.

Also, they traded the bond holders another 43 mil shares. How many of the bonds are held in a bond fund that cannot hold shares or other investments not wanting to hold common stock? I think these should be on the market soon.

Apart from that, the company does not look very good to me, competing with csco et al.

I do not short many stocks, I will not stick long unless it does what I expect, so do not do anything based on my ramblings, but if you have something to say for me to consider, I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Robby
