I think that is called a Win-Win proposition. Cheney had better things to do than fight for his country, but he doesn't mind the country's taxpayers making him and his cronies rich...and then there is Codpiece..and his millions on the backs of taxpayers. Damn!!! If Papa Bush had only been wearing a condom that night or Mama Bush had a headache..what a better world this would be!!!
