I was in the service in Norfolk and seeing people that are totally clueless is amusing but dangerous:) The thing that piss's me off here is for 6 months of the year we drive in this. Why is it they appear to be southerners for the first storm or two? I mean it isn't like we've never driven in this before. Of course to be successful in this environment requires slowing down, something many in this country are not capable of when it comes to driving:)
