Which, for the record, does not change the fact that Bush was referring to nations, not individuals.

Now: So what? As was said, this is not a matter or single incidents but long term patterns. Canada also did not support the US. How much call have yopu heard on this site for a boycott of Canada? The difference, my friend, id that this was one incident of opposition in a long history of of friendly cooperation and common interest between the US and Canada.

And one incident of helpfulness in a long history of deceit, opposition, and perfidy on the part of the French.

Enough is enough. If France does not like us, let it leave NATO and we will treat it as an enemy state.

So are you saying the French did not, immediately after 9/11, introduce the resoulution into the United Nations to create a worldwide fight against terrorism? Why pick on the French simply because they didn't think the war was justified.

Why pick on Bush because you don't like the way he chose to fight terrorism?
