it's good that we're getting some thinking out of the box finally started. OK, Ish. I'll try to look at it as a glass half full, particularly since the guy is from your beloved Illinois. But it's hard to accept that the powers that be are so tunnel visioned that such a thought would be considered outside the box. <g> In any event, I'll be looking forward to hearing what comes of it. You're right. Better late than never. Of course, it it had been earlier, we might have had all that war money to spend on shoring up our borders, instead, and bought ourselves some security instead of baiting the next generation of terrorists. We could probably string border guards shoulder to shoulder around the country for less than those bombs cost...
